If you haven't noticed already, I am trying to get monthly pictures of Hudson in the blue chair for his first year. He is certainly growing quickly- weighed him the other day at home and I think he is around 20 lbs already. He is starting to sit by himself and can now roll several times in a row to get somewhere. He loves playing peekabo and loves to eat. We are working on eliminating the night time feedings and letting him cry it out. It is going progressively better each night. Hudson only ate once last night and was able to put himself back to sleep the other times he woke up.
The Helmet- Hudson's perfectly round head at birth quickly turned into a head that is flat on one side due to his preference of sleeping with his head facing to the right. So, we went ahead with this helmet that will help re-shape his head. He should wear it about 4 months and has adjusted really well. He needs to wear it 23 hours a day with one hour off for bath time and for us to wash the helmet. It does push down on his eyebrows making him always look puzzled or worried but despite that he has remained just as happy as ever!

I personally think the helmet is just getting Hudson ready for baseball or football. Just getting him ready young right! lol:). Those 4 months should fly by! Glad it's not any longer. Can't wait to see and hold smiley Hudson!!
I agree with Casey...it is too cute! Plus he has extra protection maybe from that sibling...well, maybe a sister is nicer than a brother. He is too cute and growing so fast! He will be crawling before you know it!
Go Trojans! We can see that Ben is having fun with that helmet already! Melissa, he looks more adorable than ever! What a good boy he is to have the extra heat added in the summer. Before you know it, the 4 months will be over! The "chair" picture is so cute. Hope it won't be a struggle on who gets it first!

Aww, Hudson is such a cute little boy... and big. Does he weigh more than Maddie now? :-) Like everyone else has said, at least it's only four months he has to wear a helmet and it should fly by. Now we need to see some pictures of the big sister.
It just makes you smile seeing Hudson in his helmet...he is too cute. I look forward to seeing him and you in person..very soon. So excited to see you both. Thanks Ben for sharing them!:)
