The best little patient....

Little Maddie came down with bronchiolitis right before Melissa went to be induced. I came home the day Hudson was born and was able to take her to the doctor. She hated this breathing machine in the dr's office, but when she came home I think she realized that it helped her. By the end of the treatments she really liked it and took deep breaths all on her own while sitting there for 20mins. She would also flip her glasses up as you see in one of the pictures because the mist would fog them up. We love our Maddie! Praise God she seems to be doing much better and doesn't need the machine anymore. Pray for continued adjustment for her as her mommy is very busy and she really wants to touch Hudson.

Hudson Benjamin Fisher has arrived.....

Hudson was born Wed. at about 12:05 in the morning. Melissa started the induction process at about 10:30 Tues. morning. The process was slow but steady and then about 11:00pm things started to roll. Melissa shook off the tiredness and found new energy when the time came to push. He came pretty fast....about 10 mins of pushing. He apparently owns the new record for birth weight amongst the grandchildren. He came in at 8lbs 4oz. He beat his cousin Luca by a few oz. He is 21 inches and I think that's about it for those that care about the details. We look fwd to posting more pictures in the future...

The Latest

So, I guess I should apologize for the feelings of anger that have arose whilst loved ones read the following post. I promise I will do no more kidding around and all information from here on out will be truly what is happening :)

I had a Dr. appointment this morning. I am still at 2cm and having contractions on and off but nothing considered labor yet. They set an induction date for next Tues the 10th if I am still pregnant by then. The Dr. stripped my membranes this appointment which is also said to sometimes get the labor process going so I am hoping for something to happen tonight. I'm still going on walks as often as I can and am definitely feeling the heat outside. It just makes me so so thankful to not be pregnant in the summer!

Well thats it for now! Time for me to eat some more ice cream :)
